Why Peer Mentoring?

It is an ingredient of success!

Each student will be paired with a mentor who is an upperclassman. Mentors will be encouraged to meet with their mentees at least once a month outside of the formal events. Mentors will provide encouragement and feedback, as they have shared your experiences as freshmen! Mentors will help make your introduction to student life as a computer science, mathematics, or physics major at Xavier a smooth and easy transition!
